I've been told by the folks at Kelly that the best way to get into Kelly is from Scott. Don't know about getting from Travis to Scott. There are also military flights that go into the San Antonio Airport area at Landmark Aviation. But again, don't know about Travis links. Have come in there from Andrews. And flights into Randolph??

MB.....start checking with Travis this Friday and each Friday for the rest of the month. Don't have any info for June yet, but you may detect a pattern for later rides.

I agree with the other posters. I often find myself at Travis trying to get to Texas and settle for SW Air because they have reasonable one way senior fares.

Flights to Kelly Field do not exist as they had in the past. It is now a rare occurance for Travis to fly anywhere into Texas especially San Antonio. The flights that Kelly had destined for Hawaii are now rare but could happen as flights are always hit and miss and not on a regular basis.
You may want to think of alternate forms of transportation and other locations to begin a journey from California to Texas.

I think Kelly/Lackland has a couple of C5 missions each month that go to Travis, HIK and beyond. I assume they still stop at Travis on the way back.
