I'm sort of in ths same boat as you.... but I have the option of Charleston also... My go days are the 26th thru the 29th.... 29th only if it is a thru shot to HI.... We'll see.... If no flights, I'm just gonna hang around here and bug my local buddies... (Hinesville, Ft Stewart, GA)

We are going to try to get there next weekend also. It looks like we are looking at the same plan you are. We may see you in Jacksonville. Our friends from Wisconsin who had planned to attend, are not coming.

Hi, Folks,
I still have my mind and heart set on Hawaii but the Space-A gods do not appear to be smiling on me. (Wonder if it was that lava rock I brought back on my last trip?)
There is an indication of a flight from NAS Jax toward the end of next week that I can probably take to get to North Island but whether it will get there in time to take the flight to Hickam is unknown to me (would that it was a continuation of the same flight, but that would be too lucky).
If anyone is staying beyond the BFB dates and wants to meet up for a meal or a brew, please let me know. I plan to spend a few days at least on the big island but have no fixed date that I have to be there or be back.
