It's a legit email from my mail server. To reduce the amount of spam emails I get (from having a domain...), I receive about 250 emails a day. To prevent that if someone is sending me an email for the first time they have to validate that they are not a spam bot.
It's when you are asked to go to an unexpected link or download that problems start. Thanks for checking. |

If you didn't try to send any messages to/through pepperd.com then I'd ignore it - probably just trying to see if the email address is active. |
