My problem was the very areas that Dakota Ray mentioned. I "added" them as "new" categories, put in the info and now they show.

Roger - I have tried to add a photo several times - usuing various photos. I'm always told they are too large (bit wise). I have tried to decrease the size, but not been successful. Maybe later I will try again.

Boy - this is getting "out of topic"!!

Hi, Wanda, very nice profile. Why not post your picture with it? Who knows, we may happen to be in a bistro at the same time and recognize each other. Really like it that you are doing volunteer work for veterans.

Happy travels.

Hi Wanda,

I think that I understand what you are saying. My profile has 3 Categories that seem to be hidden-pets, music and favorite TV Show.

You can work around it by adding the Category Title below and providing an answer. I guess that I never considered those categories important.

You are right about your statement of why have it if no one can see it.

I know that this is the wrong area to request this but again if you are reading this, complete your profile-obviously some people do read profiles and they do provide info for responses!!

Wanda: If I understand your quandry correctly all you have to do is select the item you want to change and click on the "hidden" item to change it to "shown" or vice versa and in the right hand colum type in the proper response. At the bottom of the list you will then click on the box that will update your info. Hope this helps.

I don't think it's a software problem. It's probably the way the software is setup. If it can be changed then Dirk would need to do it.

I have a habit of checking posters profile information.

So I decided to look at mine.

Therefore I see a "problem" with the profile portion of the site. It is:

In the ADDITIONAL PERSONNEL INFORMATION portion of the site I note that some categories have the option of SHOWN or HIDDEN. And that is good.
However, some of the categories do NOT have the option. Some of my info is SHOWN and some is HIDDEN.

I would like to have the HIDDEN info shown, but there is no option to change it to SHOWN. Why provide an answer to the category if it can not be seen by other posters?

John or Dirk - Am I missing something here? Is this a software problem?

Thanks heaps

Ciao/Wanda
