Wanda, the way I read it, he BOB, is going traveling with a Non family member, so they would EACH have to send in signup sheets. |

My answer really didn't answer to the question - my apology. However, I would think that if a CAT VI - or for that matter any category - signed up for themselves and a spouse/children that multiple email addresses could be used. If the spouse/children don't fly, that just means the number of seats required changes. BUT GRANTED: these and my prior posting to this thread could have a whole other answer if it is a CAT V and/or CAT III (etc) involved in the scenerio. Ciao/Wanda |

As a CAT VI, I always send out my SPACE-A sign-up to about 40 locations - ALL in ONE email. I have never had any problems. I always send this email to myself. Then I make a copy of the email and take it with me. I do NOT expect each of the emailed locations to respond to me - although probably 4-6 do. I have never had an occasion (when my hard copy became useful) of a departing location denying my signup date indicated in the email. I consider this standard - not luck. Ciao/Wanda |

Bob, I believe that in the case of a dependent this is accepted because they are in the same category, and the sponsor has indicated additional seats beside his own.For those not dependents, however the identifying data is required.Send two separate emails at the same time to the same location. Can't find this in spacea FAQs,however it seems appropriate. |

Has anyone ever experienced any difficulties when sending one e-mail containing two separate space-a registration requests? I am going to travel with a buddy and thought it would be easier to send one e-mail containing complete information for each traveler opposed to two separate ones, but wasn't sure if a terminal would accept it or not or drop one. |
