Simple way is to fly Space a to Singapore via Yokota. From Sing, buy a cheap one-way commercial ticket on Tiger Airways or Cebu Pacific to either Clark or Manila. It's about a 3 hour flight, and fares lately have been around 100 USD.

You can waste a lot of time and money at Kadena waiting for those rare flights to the P.I.

Check the Kadena AB, Okinawa schedule. The last flight I saw to Clark AB, Phillipines was on April 15. It looks like they are few and far between.

Good luck

Donald:

Welcome to the Board!

If you have not yet done so, please familiarize yourself with JohnD's SpaceA Pages (link top left), the general layout of this site and the Search Function (magnifying glass at top center) of this site. Nearly all questions can be answered from those three sources. Having read thru the FAQs is a great start and I would suggest reading thru the other sections on JohnD's site as well.

In relation to your questions about the best times and routes to go spacea to the Phillipines, suggest you review the Trip Report section of this site and also use the Search Function, inputing "Phillipines". This should give you a very good feel for previous experience traveling spacea to/from the Phillipines.

Happy travels, John
