FHYL, Same unaccompanied Command Sponsored Cat-V dependent rules would apply so: Travis to HIK? OK. - Correct March to Travis to HIK? - No (unless manifested through Travis) March to Travis leg is not OK? - Correct (unless manifested through Travis) |

Also remember that if you are gone more than 30 days the COLA rate for him will drop to single until you return. And you cannot fly CONUS to CONUS locations, only CONUS to OCONUS |

JD...for clarification, is that from point of departure to OCONUS, without other points in between (i.e, no CONUS to CONUS legs)? comparison example: Travis to HIK? OK. March to Travis to HIK? The March to Travis leg is not OK? |

Yes, as long as you have a valid command sponsor letter. |

We are stationed in Hawaii and are planning a trip to anywhere in Cali at the end of this month. Hubby has to be back within 30 days, but the kids and I might like to stay a bit longer. Is it allowed for us all to fly Cat III to Cali, but only hubby returns Cat III, and later the kids and I fly command sponsored Cat V back to Hawaii? |
