Apply the final destination rule at the base you leave from and double check you boarding pass is annotated "Mildenhall" final destination and you should not have to worry about signing up anywhere else.

Sign up at any locations you may travel to or thru going or coming back to have the maximum coverage.

Traveling from Dover/BWI/Mcguire/Andrews to Mildenhall. Since most flights go to Ramstein or Spang, I'm sure that one of those will be my first stop. I don't have to sign up at those intermediate stops, do I?
