I am active duty stationed in South America and am going PTDY (Cat V, not house hunting) to another theater. Can my command-sponsored wife accompany me? DOD 4515.13-R is very specific about allowing one dependent to accompany a PTDY sponsor for house hunting, but doesn't discuss PTDYs for other reasons. Since this will be travel to another theater she can't simply travel under her own Cat V status. Thanks in advance for your help.
