Thanks, John D. The wiki does work, as well as clicking Space A pages and scrolling Europe. We're planning our third trip to Italy in the fall this year. Haven't been in about five years. Last time we hopped BWI to Aviano and toured the country by Trenitalia. This time I hope to get to Naples probably via Sigonella, then Tren to Rome for a cruise across the pond. Will post a comprehensive trip report afterward. |

Thanks Richard. Are you still having problems accessing the web site? (the link from the Spacea.net Naples Wiki Page works) |

JohnD. Sorry, my fault for not reading thoroughly. The error was when I tried to access the website to verify the email address. RO |

Hi again. When I sent my sign ups to Naples and Moron, here is the message I received in my inbox 5 seconds after i sent the message: "Sorry, we were unable to deliver your message to the following address. <spacea@alisud.com>: No MX or A records for alisud.com" Mine was not a webpage error, but a failure to deliver to that address (and to Moron). Like I mentioned below, I tried sending the messages again several hours later and did not receive a failure message. If I find out more information on this from the terminal personnel I will post. Thanks! Lisa |

Richard, A "Page not able to be displayed message" sounds like an error opening a web site versus sending an email. Was the "displayed message" you received in response to an email you sent? |

I had a similar problem with NAS Naples. Tried to send a query and got a Security error: Page not able to be displayed message. |

Thanks John. I'll let you know once I talk to someone in both locations. Lisa |

Thanks Lisa. Those are the last known valid addresses. In fact, I verified the Naples one myself a few months ago. I would call to double-check - please let is know what you find out. |

Hi John, I used the addresses listed on the wiki pages: spacea@alisud.com & spacea@moron.af.mil |

Lisa, It would help if you share what email addresses you used for both locations. |

Thanks, but I didn't mean that Moron and Naples didn't send me an email confirmation. I meant that the emails I sent to Moron and Naples bounced back as "undeliverable" in my inbox and said that they did not go through to those email addresses. I was just trying to see if anyone has had that experience in the past, or whether there was something wrong with those addresses. I think, after I sent the emails again this morning, they got through because I didn't receive any "failure notices" in my inbox. Either way, I'll take copies of the emails with me on my trip. Thanks! Lisa |

I hardly ever get an email from the bases I send requests to. Just keep your email response stating your requests were sent out. Good luck on your trip. Carole |

I sent my email Space A sign-up request last night to several bases at once and I received a failure notice from Moron and Naples. I triple checked the addresses, so it's not a typo situation. This morning, I sent the request again, this time sending Moron and Naples each its own email sign-up. So far, they have not bounced back. Has anyone encountered similar problems with Moron or Naples Space A email addresses? I figure that I have the print outs and hopefully, if I end up flying through those locations, they'll honor the email even if they don't have the sign-up. Lisa |
