"Can you manifest through elmendorf to yokota from travis"? Depends. You can be manifested thru if: (1) the mission of the aircraft is from Travis to Elmendorf to Yokota (no if it's two separate missions) (2) Travis controls the seats the entire way (if Elmendorf controls the seats from Elmendorf to Yakota, then no), and if you ask to be manifested thru to Yakota.
