Kunsan is in fact a fighter base, they are the Wolfpack with its slogan of "take the fight north". I don't know about the PatExp flight that goes through there but it is next to impossible to get a ride from there. Should you go into Kunsan there is a real nice bus I think perhaps 3X daily up to Osan and it's very inexpensive $12-15. Takes nearly 3 hours because the driver stops at a rest area and takes a nice break. There they have food and other sundrys as well. Kunsan is considered a remote base and compared to Osan it really is just that but its nice and rural. |

Can I see where the flight from McGuire is to Kunsan, or are you flying commercial? Anyway, I believe Kunsan is more of a fighter base from their website. |

Have you studied the flight schedule for Yokota or Kadena? From Kunsan you probably won't see any flights to anywhere other than other Korea bases. You might even need to take the train up to Osan or Seoul . |

I'm traveling with my family (total of 4) and have an opportunity to go to Kunsan from McGuire. How difficult will it be to go on to either Yakota or possibly Singapore? |
