Trying to get to Clark

Looks like we will try and get to Singapore. I still wonder, about the 3 to 5 flights leaving from Clark, where do they come from, to get to Clark, to leave. I take it thre are no regular runs to Clark. I have NOT done this but I have been searching alternate avenues. Take hiway bus as cheap as 3500yen ($38) 8hrs, http://www.japan-guide.com/e/e2366_tokyo.html Take train 13,240yen ($150) 3hrs http://www.japan-guide.com/e/e4006.html JAL Haneda Arpt to Kansai about (cheapest) 13,100Yen ($145) 1.5hrs http://www.jal.co.jp/en/ Then fly Cebu Pacific for about $180 to Manila. That works to about $250/350 with expenses. But they're not all that frequent either, and they're often smaller type A/C with tight baggage restrictions.
