John, Dover has no car rental on site. Hertz will come and pick you/return you to terminal whatever you need, IF they are open. Avis is open on Sunday and I think they too will pick up or deliver. If they are not able, be sure to ask if they will help pay the cab fare. Also Navy is you best bet for North Island, Norfolk/Ocean is just 4 hours south of Dover, so keep an eye other there as well as Willow Grove. |

John, Dover has a weekly flight to March, usually on Wednesday or Thursday. We have taken it often as Cat VI and never had any trouble getting a seat. Give them a call for their current info. Good luck! Anne |

Charleston AFB has also had some flights to Riverside,CA. You can check their schedule on this board under Flight Schedules. Rental car info is available on the AMCGRAM under each base at the top of this page in John D's space a pages. |

Your best chance to go to March ARB would most likely be McGuire AFB. They have gone several times this month. You can check the flight schedule on this board for any pattern. North Island would probably be from a Navy NAS, Norfolk or Willow Grove? |

Hey All,
Can anyone tell me the chances of getting a flight from Dover AFB to west coast (ideally March AFB or North Island? In addition, anyone know if Dover pax terminal has car rental agency? If yes, do they leave keys in spots for pick up after duty hours? Thanks.
