Man!!!! I'm sorry I missed that one. My daughters were on winter break this past week. Now I see that I could have drove the 4 hours to Pittsburgh and we could have spent 2 full days in Hawaii. I have not been calling in to check on the nearby ANG flights, as Niagara Falls is busy with Haiti, and I assumed the same was true for other units. Thanks for the post, Paul. |

Departed Pgh on Tuesday, Feb 16. Show time was 0600. 20 seats offered, only 10 people took advantage. It was a cold snowy day and the flight was delayed 2 hours. I spent 1 night at Ala Moana Hotel, $99.00 with ID card and have been at Hickam lodging since Wednesday. The plane went back to Pittsburgh this morning with 20 seats but I don't know how many people showed because i chose to stay in the warm weather and try for the flight to Australia on Saturday night. They are showing SP for now, so the consolation prize is to stay here. I visited the Hale Koa and enjoyed the use of their failities. No cars at Hickam terminal so I am using the Bus, only $1.00 with my medicare card. Alot of people say tourism is depressed here but I have experienced long lines at most businesses. There are many flights going to many destinations with various amounts of seats. Happy Travels, Paul |
