Sarah, Thanks for sharing your trip with us. Sometimes things go smoothly and sometimes they don't. You researched, planned and went for it. Space A is great when it works. Happy Travels. |

So I was a first time Space-A traveler and nervous about testing it out, but also excited to try it. I had been perusing this sight and others for months before finally "just doing it". Friday June 11th a C40 was scheduled to leave with unknown seats available from Kaneohe Bay to North Island. I am Cat. V command sponsored so wasn't sure with the summer what my chances would actually be, would luck be on my side? It sure was! They took 50 pax, 58 showed up with the last 8 being Cat. VI that didn't get on. Flight was wonderful, C40 is amazing and I loved it! I felt like it was a semi-private jet taking me on vacation. My friend picked me up right at the terminal in North Island, our luggage was brought right up front. So far I have spent a wonderful 4 days with friends in Southern Cali and will try to get back tomorrow on a scheduled C130 to Hickam...long flight, but hey it's free! Part II to come with flight home... |
