The campground is very busy in the summer. But they do what they can to accommodate. |

When we stayed at Hill afb the lodging was about the same price as something respectable in town. The gym is very crowded all the time, and is a very busy base. |

We spent a week at Hill AFB last week and can tell you for sure you will be pleased with the quarters and the amenities they offer. Our stay was during a snow storm so our use of the base facilities was limited but they have a large PX, Commissary, 24 hour gas station and 24 hour Convenience Store. Quarters rates have been raised since our last visit, but a suite was still only $41.50 a night and in comparison to local rates was a steal. The suite consisted of a living room, bedroom, kitchen and bath. Wi-Fi was included and it was strong even in the end unit that we had. Your chance of getting a room on the first and third weekend is sparse based on the reserve unit’s use on those weekends so plan accordingly. |
