Short walk down to the pure white sandy beach. We flew in there from Tinker AFB. We were trying to get to Charleston and took the first thing going east. We had planned to rent a car and drive back to Charleston the next day but we were so comfortable there that we extended our stay another two days. The beach is beautiful there. We are planning to go back there in a few weeks. The accommodations were fine (aside from having a double bed when we are used to a queen). It included a kitchenette. It was about a 10 minute drive to Panama City and another 10 to Panama City Beach. Don't overlook Naval Support Activity Panama City if you are looking for lodging.
