I decided to take along my wireless router just in case to use in the cabin. Then my kids will be able to get online with their iPod touches, and my wife can use Skype to call her mom in Germany without having to go to the lobby. Thanks for your input.

According to their website, internet (wired) is available in the cabins and that is why Peter is taking along a wireless router in all probability.

I stayed at the cabins last month and had 3G service on my Iphone. I believe, however, that there was NO WIFI service at the cabin. There was service at the recreation office as well as three desktop computers.

Peter,

The AT&T coverage Map may help with predicted coverage (but not actual).

Phil,

3g is the third generation of cell phone technology standard. They are now moving to 4g (faster data rates/downloads etc...). You can read more offline at 4g wireless standards.

Verizon broadband works well on that side of the island. Don't know about ATT. What is "3G"?

Any techies know if AT&T has decent 3G broadband service for iPhone users on Bellows? If not I'll take along a wireless router to plug in the cabin.
