BFB = Barefoot Bar. This is located at Hale Koa and lots of meet there in late January for sunset and maybe a beer or two. |

You can also check the Navy Gateway Inn at Pearl Harbor. That is really the closest to Hickam. The Bus runs from Hale Koa hotel to Hickam exchange to Pearl Harbor exchange and it's free. |

Did you try the Navy Lodge on Ford Island? We stayed there in January, loved it. It is best to have car, as the walk to the bus stop is 1.5 miles each way, but do able. Also you might try doing a seach of the BFB for 2010 and see where folks were staying. |

If you could not get a room in any of the military lodging options near Hickam where would you stay (hotel/motel)? I would like a back up plan if nothing is available. Preferably close to Hickam. Thanks in advance. |
