Thanks for the info Bob. I feel somewhat lame since I have the Military Livings' TML book and did not check it out first. However, your first hand info is always the best. |

Jerry, this was discussed probably a year ago so I don't recall the particulars. One place to check out is the San Pedro Coast Guard Integratated Support Command, 1001 South Seaside Ave, San Pedro. The telephone number for lodging is 310-732-7444. It's only a few minutes from the cruise ship piers at Long Beach and San Pedro. Sounds like your going to have a great trip just with your diversified group. |

If this has been discussed before, I apologize. My family and I will depart Long Beach on Carnival Splendor for an 8 day Mexica Riviera cruise on December 20, 2009. We will be driving to the port, and want to know where other frequent cruisers park. Saving money is not our top priorty, but it is right up there with breathing and eating. Also, this is our first cruise. We're taking our grown children, my overgrown father, and a neighbor lady. It should be fun. If anyone else is going on the same cruise, please give a shout. Jerry |
