BTDT You need to get circuitous travel authorized on your PCS orders. Then, you just book the QMII yourself. If you plan it right, you can ship your vehicle to NJ so it is there when the ship gets in, and you just drive from there to your new duty station. |

We are about to PCS from Ramstein back to the U.S. in June and we have heard many people talk about cruising back instead of flying. I am having trouble finding anybody who can give me info about this possibility.
To be specific I have been told people have gone back using the Queen Mary II, if anyone has any information about actually having done this it would be greatly appreciated. |
