I also used cruise compete for our cruise to the South Pacific and it has already dropped $1400 for two people. We are going in September. The same cruise with the same company I chose through cruise compete is about $800 more without using cruise compete. Make sure you watch your cruise for drops in price and usually they will acknowledge the drop especially if you have paid only the deposit. Only half of our payment had been paid so they gave us the drop. After my deposit was paid they have already moved us up 4 categories on the Holland America Rotterdam VI. I thought Dargal and Vacations to go were good sites but I think this one is even better. We started out at $7200 for 2 people for a 31 day Hawaii /South Pacific cruise and ended up paying a little over $5800 plus were given $100 shipboard credit. Dinner for 2 at the Pinnacle grill and a $340 savings booklet. We are looking forward to 22 Septemebr and are hoping for an even higher upgrade. It is always good to check around to see if you are getting the best price though.

I too used Cruise Compete and we are booking our second cruise through an agent that answered our request. We got good service and she beat some other agents prices/amenities.

I've used it and even booked a cruise with a travel agent that answer my request. I do suggest you check into a travel agent's policies before booking with them.

Has anyone used Cruise Compete. com? Was it a good or bad experience? Pro's and con's please. We normally use Vacations to Go.
Thanks,
Trish
