Honestly I didn't know copiers got hard drives! I thought it only has some kind of RAM that store the images and erased it after the docs has been printed out. This is really a gold mine for someone. |

It behooves all user/owners to take preventive measures prior to disposing of copy machines and compuetrs as well, for security reasons. |

Edgar, good for you. For all you other Bubbas that are still working or if you know someone who is working please pass this on to them immediately. If you are Active Duty or Reservist/National Guard inform your IT Departments also. |

Hello Denny, I saw this broadcast and immediately notified our IT security manager. We will be reconfiguring all our digital copiers in order for it not to retain images on the hard drive. |
