The print produced by thermal printers fades pretty quickly. OK for a few weeks but certainly not for a year.

I'm thinking about a portable printer for my netbook, perhaps a Pentax Pocketjet 3 or similar...they are expensive little (less than a pound) thermal thingys but seem to do the intended job...I can never get enough electronic gadgets, I love them...anyone had any experience with one? The newer models are wireless and can print up to 25 pages per battery charge. <Joe in CHS>
