A good PR film. I have had the privilege of riding with these good folks several times.

That said, let us not overlook the first responders, the field medic and the evac choppers and their crews, that go into the mouth of the dragon to get these hurt warriors to safety during the "Golden Hour"

I also have had the honor of riding back on a C17 with 3 crews and their helicopters last year. (Yes, three (3) Blackhawk helicopters on one C17

Many of us have been privileged to catch a hop on one or more medevac missions. Here's the URL for a site where you can see an AMC video about those activities.

And once you've seen that one, scroll down a bit where you'll see there are a whole bunch more of videos on different AMC topics waiting to be played.
