Carole, You load money (prepay) some money (~ $10) on to your account and then make calls to landlines or cell phones until the money runs out. You don't see the other person when calling to a phone. Typically calls are 2 cents per minute but can vary by country and phone type. |

Exactly how does Skype work as a phone? Do you prepay and how much does it cost to make calls in USA or in Europe? You don't see the person you are calling do you? We use Skype to call our grandchildren in Guam and we see them for their birthdays, etc. Thanks for your help. Carole |

calling cards work fine, used them all the time before skype, now skype is the way to go,if you have pc connection. |

Wife and I first timers to UK. If we needed to call back to the kids for whatever reason, what is the best way? If calling cards are a good option, could we get reccomendation from someone? |
