William,

Please see the Space-A FAQ for info on Space-A from a commercial airport. Don't forget to bring a blank manifest!!

If that was a plane coming in from Peterson, and if it were a C9, then I would check the Whidbey Island, North Island, and Fort Worth schedules online and see if I could find its entire routing and the number of available seats at each stop.

Since Moline is not a major training based, it is likely that the plane is not full.

Then you need to track down which FBO (Fixed Operating Base) it will be stopping at and gassing up at. You might call some at the Moline airport.

Then you show up and tell the FBO folks that you are waiting for the plane. Nothing else, as they have very little to do with the plane.

If military folks are waiting for the plane, chat them up to see what is going on.

Then when the plane lands, approach the loadmaster, not pilot or co-pilot, and ask for a ride. If you don't know their continued routing, they will tell you and you can bail out at any place they are going.

There will be no TSA at the FBO. The loadmaster 'should' hand search your carry-on.

Good luck.
