Leland, you have a great sense of humor. Yes, Ted has been divorced for many years. Sister lost her husband suddenly when she was 49.

Greetings, Wojo: Yes, once they're married, your military retiree brother-in-law will take your sister and their marriage license to the nearest military ID card issuing office so she can be entered into DEERS and issued a family member ID card. Once she has the ID card, your sister can then travel Space-A when accompanied by her husband. Tricare enrollment is a separate process, but she would be eligible for coverage under the Tricare family plan. You can find Tricare enrollment information here: http://www.tricare.mil/mybenefit/index.jsp

Yes, she will be able to fly space a as long as she has a valid military dependent ID. Tricare? I suspect he will be able to add your sister but someone else will add to this thread I'm sure.

Sister is getting married to a retiree. They are waiting until she turns 60 for insurance issues on her end, job etc. First wife is getting half of his pension, but the question is will she be able to travel Space A with him. They think she will be able to be added to TRICARE after marriage. Is this correct?

Wojo
