Looks like the runway will be closed for only 1 DAY. Should be fine at Osan by 1 JUNE.

Starting May 31 for a week, the runway at OSAN will be closed for maintenance. The flights to Osan will be diverted to SU-Won Airport which is about 20 miles South of Seoul. Should be back to normal itenerary after 7 June.
