No, Pepperd is not Facebook or Twitter but it certainly does get you in contact with others through their posts. When you get to meet one (like on the recent SPATs cruise) it is icing on the cake.
I have been corresponding via e-mail with Jim Coppens who has been in Germany with his wife helping Germans with their English. As it turned out, I was able to assist them this morning on their way back home as they came in on the Rotator from BWI. Jim, his wife, Tess, and I had a very nice chat over coffee and bagels at the Panera Bread and then I drove them to the Greyhound station.
It is a pleasure meeting other users of the Pepperd board and I hope that I get a chance to meet more of you.
