They are a rip off. My renewal wasn't due for over a year and they said it had expired. Called and even with proof of payment they gave me a hard time and would not honor my proof. Very disrepectful on the telephone. Where did customer service go? They must be hard up for money. I get better discounts now with American Express. |

I seem to recall some postings in the past on the discount card "Veterns advantage". Can't find anything in the search mode. Does anyone know the good or bad about this program? They offer a 15% discount on Amtrak. |
