Lincoln Military Housing (Sugar Grove) is offering military base housing to military retirees. Lincoln Military Housing is a private-public partnership with the Department of Defense and offers 80 homes serving the Naval Information Operation Command (NIOC) Sugar Grove, WV. The mission of Sugar Grove Research Station is to conduct communications research and development for the Department of the Navy, the Department of Defense and other U.S. Government agencies. Current rental prices per month: 2-bedroom $918, 3-bedroom $1018, 4-bedroom $1118. All prices included with the monthly rent include, electricity, central A/C, natural gas heat, water, sewage, trash removal (2 times per week), recycle pickup, WIFI internet (provided by Spot-On Networks), lawn maintenance (mowing & weed control), pest control, snow removal, courtesy security patrol, 24/7 maintenance service, fire/paramedic services, and access to all Lincoln Military Housing Community Service Events both locally and regionally. LMH provides each tenant with snow shovel, lawn mower (to mow fenced back yard), stove, refrigerator, deep freezer. Some of the base services are a chapel, outdoor swimming pool (Memorial Day-Labor Day), 2 lane bowling alley, state-of-the art fitness center, endless indoor pool, gym, indoor racquetball court, outdoor tennis courts, softball fields, small Navy Exchange, small Commissary, Youth Activity Center, children's playground, small campground, rental cabins, galley (all-you-can-eat $2.50 breakfast & $5.00 lunch, closed for supper (provided by MWR)), Robert C Byrd Community Service Center (club/restaurant), cell phone service (provided by AT & T Wireless). The items that are not included with the monthly rent is T.V. cable (DIRECTV or Dish Network), landline telephone (local & long distance, & personal internet (Provided by Frontier Communications)).
