I looked it up on the internet. Take the local bus (RVN5) from Viernheim to Mannheim Main Station (Hbf) and change into the S-1(direction Homburg). According to what I read, it should still cost 8euro 30 cents. Info from www.bahn.de |

The S-Bahn goes from Mannheim Hbf to Landstuhl Hbf. It takes about 1 1/2 hrs and costs 8 euro 30 cents. From the Bahnhof you take a taxi to Ramstein AB for approx 14 euros. |

I'm at the base near Mannheim and need to get the quickest most economical way to Ramstein Air Base- does anyone have any suggestions? |
