Anchorage airport to Elmendorf AFB

Avis, although in town, is the much better deal. Samuel K. Ono--(do a search at the top of the page and privately email him-it says search and uses a magnifying glass). The search will not provide the route but will provide you with a way to contact him. Sam graciously provided a city bus route--It was in reverse but buses usually travel in both direction. His post was in the fall of 2008. If I remember correctly, the route to the airport was around $2 and less than an hour. Maybe Sam can post that again?? Cost was $38.00. I did not check on a rental. We got stuck for a week at Elmendorf and I got a great deal from Avis via internet.
