North island to Long Beach Airport

For about $17 (per person), you can take a Greyhound bus from San Diego to Long Beach, then you will need to get from Greyhound's terminal to the airport. For $43 (per person), you can take the train to downtown L.A., then bus to Long Beach (and then, you'll need to get from that stop to the airport). You could also check with Super Shuttle, or another shuttle line, to get a fare quote. And, of course, you could rent a car one-way for the trip.
