Bob, If you are asking how to get from Andrews to BWI then consult the "How do I?" section of the Spacea.net Andrews Wiki Page. If you're asking how to get to Andrews from the Andrews terminal then you are already there! |

Does anyone know if there is an airport shuttle bus or some other bus line or means other than taxi that would allow travel from Andrews over to BWI? The question is how to get from Andrews to BWI. Thanks |

The Metro system at BWI now has a SmarTrip card system. It is a plastic farecard that can be reloaded with value and used over and over to pay Metrorail and Metrobus fares. They are sold from dispensing machines in Metrorail stations and the airport. Cards cost $10 ($5 for the card with $5 in value already on it. Metrobus - When paying with exact change, the fare is $1.35 ($.65 for seniors), using the SmarTrip card it's $1.25 We were able to purchase tickets on the bus (correct change) but paper transfers are no longer given so we had to buy a second bus to Andrews AFB. Ticket machines are available at the Metrorail station. |
