When we were in Hawaii in March, we rented a car through Hotwire for a week.I booked it the night before our rental. Cost was 140.00 for a compact. They offered us a convertible for no extra cost when we got there. You don't know what company you will get until after you have paid on line. Our company was Alamo also. It is very easy to take The Bus right to the rental place from Hickam. Can't beat the price. |

Just stumbled upon Hotwires great car deals in Honolulu. They have full size cars for $9.95 per day!! (Aveos for $8.95). Couldn't believe the prices.
Heads-up: the prices change every day, based upon availability of the major agencies, so if you see a good price better grab it. (My first look showed $8.95, but I delayed, then the next day they quoted $15.95. I waited another day and they went back to $9.95 so this time I jumped aboard!!).
My reservation is not til mid-June, but they confirmed it. Mahalo! |
