I called the terminal to find out more about the long term parking. You can get a pass to park there for 30 days. If you plan on parking there longer, you'll need to find someone to get a new pass and put it in your car window for you every 30 days. |

Kristin, I am considering doing the same route the end of July as a CAT V. Please post and let us know how it is getting out of Spang. |

Kristin: Actually, the wiki page indicates (at the AMCgram link) that there is no long term parking at the Bldg 670 (Pax Terminal) location and that you are to contact the PaxReps. Perhaps if you could call (DSN) the PaxReps and ask and report the response here, you would be doing a favor to your fellow SPATS (the response could even be recorded in the wiki pages for future help). Happy travels, John |

We're leaving around June 18th (TERRIBLE timing, I know, but I work at the elementary school!) and have since decided to use Spang instead of Ramstein as we're trying to get to Charleston. No idea what to do with the car, as the wiki page isn't all too helpful. We live in Schweinfurt, BTW, and will be driving a POV. |
