Andrews to Dover ground transportation

I rented a car at Andrews and when it was time to come home found myself 'stuck' at Andrews for 2 days. I could not figure out how to get to Dover from Andrews using ground transportation without renting a car one way (which is expensive). All the while, there were flights leaving Dover for Travis! Does anyone have any ideas? My wife and I will be making trips to Walter Reed over the next few months and it would make it easier for us to be able to get around. It seems to me that Dover has more flights inbound and outbound to Travis. Any help would be appreciated! Thanks!
