Travis in the middle of the night?

USO hours 0600-1800. Stan is available by phone and will usually accomodate you at any hour. He services all airports, Amtrak, etc. Best to call in advance and then confirm when you arrive. All calls go to his cell phone and he always returns calls. He's one of a kind! My final destination is Spokane, WA, and I need to be there by Friday afternoon/early evening. If there's nothing out of Travis heading north to McChord or Fairchild (currently, there is nothing listed), I'm going to go over to Sacramento or OAK/SFO and hope for a commercial flight up to Spokane. Any advise on arriving at Travis at midnight? Are there shuttles to either of these airports that late? Is the Travis USO/terminal open all night? What time does Stan's Shuttle open for a ride in the morning?
