I hoped someone who had done this might respond to you-since we haven't and have limited knowledge-I can only bet it will be very expensive. AS's is in the middle of nowhere, commonly called the outback in Oz. Better get on your computer and check out flight prices.
If you are going on vacation, you may want to go to Sydney or Melborne.
