Wound up finding a oneway rental with Avis for $95/day. I also chose the option to pay for mileage ($0.30/mile). Total with fill up once at Dover was $138. |

Anyone ever travel DART from BWI to Dover? How long of a trip is it? Do you know how late it operates at night? I have an 11PM arrival at BWI.
